Breakfast & After School Curriculum Clubs

Breakfast Club at Ryhope Junior School

At Ryhope Junior School, we offer a daily Breakfast Club which is accessible to all pupils. There is a buzz of excitement, conversation and fun here every morning and is such a great start to the school day for everyone who attends!

Those in attendance take part in a variety or activities whilst enjoying a healthy, balanced breakfast! In addition, there are a range of age-appropriate games and equipment available to support their time socialising and to start their day positively before learning begins.

Every Friday, children enjoy a movie and a vote decides the winning choice – this is a popular day in our school’s Breakfast Club!

What do pupils say about Breakfast Club?

  • I love breakfast club because there are so many food choices and they change weekly too! (Year 4 pupil)
